Can I edit my bulk card order after it has been placed?

Because we process orders quickly, it may be difficult to change an order once it has been placed. But please reach out to us at 866-973-9417 or email quince@giftcardhelp.com.

How do I redeem my Quince Gift Card?

Quince Gift Cards can be redeemed in the United States only for authorized goods at www.quince.com by entering your gift card information at checkout.

Does the Quince Gift Card have an expiration date or any associated non-use fees?

TGCM QNCE, LLC Issued Quince Gift Cards do not expire or incur any fees.

How can I check my Gift Card balance on a Quince Gift Card?

Gift Card balances can be checked by applying the gift card to your cart at checkout or by contacting our team at quince@giftcardhelp.com.

How can I request a refund for my Quince Gift Card if it has a low balance?

Where required by law, remaining balances on cards may be subject to refund. If your TGCM QNCE, LLC Issued Quince Gift Card has a verifiable balance of $10 or less, please contact quince@giftcardhelp.com to request a refund.

How can I request a replacement on a lost, stolen or damaged Quince Gift Card?
