How can I place a bulk order for Quince Gift Cards?
To place a bulk gift card order, register for a corporate account on the TOTUSDirect bulk ordering site. Once approved you can log in to place an order at any time.
Can I edit my bulk card order after it has been placed?
Because we process orders quickly, it may be difficult to change an order once it has been placed. But please reach out to us at 866-973-9417 or email quince@giftcardhelp.com.
Do you have an API option for corporate ordering?

As a corporate gift card buyer, do I have to agree to any terms and conditions?
All corporate gift card buyers purchasing through the TOTUSDirect bulk ordering platform must agree to the TOTUSDirect Terms and Conditions.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
We require a minimum order of $1000 and 4 cards. For orders less than that, please purchase through our standard consumer site.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Your bulk order may be eligible for a discount. Register for an account or reach out to us via the inquiry form.
What denominations are available?
Quince gift cards can be activated for any whole dollar amount from $25 to $250.
Do you offer both physical and digital gift cards in bulk?
No, Quince bulk gift cards are only available as digital gift cards.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept ACH, Wire, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit card payments are subject to a convenience fee.
When will I receive my gift cards?
In most cases, once payment has been received and processed, digital gift card orders are sent to recipients or available for download within 4-6 hours of purchase.
We cannot guarantee delivery times. If you have a question about the timing of your order, please email service@tot.us.
Do I need to do anything when the gift cards arrive?
No, gift cards arrive pre-activated.
